Customisation
Can I add my name and number to a pre-made design?
Yes — rider name and number personalisation is included at no additional cost on all pre-made designs.
Can I add sponsor logos or change colours?
Yes — colour changes are included at no extra cost.
Sponsor logos are available as an additional service and priced based on quantity:
1–3 logos: €15
4–6 logos: €30
7–15 logos: €50
This ensures consistent quality and clean placement across your design.
Can you match an existing design?
Yes — matching an existing design is offered as part of our full custom design service, ensuring a precise and professional result.
Do you offer custom designs and pre-made templates?
Yes — we provide both fully custom graphics built from the ground up, as well as pre-designed templates that can be personalised to your requirements.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Yes — every order includes a design proof. Production only begins once final approval has been received.
How many revisions do I get?
Each order includes 3 rounds of revisions.
Further revisions are charged at €5–€10 per change, depending on the adjustment.
Materials
What material do you use?
We use premium-grade materials supplied by Substance Graphics materials supplier, selected for their performance and reliability in motocross conditions.
Are they suitable for motocross use?
Yes — our graphics are engineered specifically for motocross and built to handle demanding riding environments.
What is the adhesive like?
We use industry-leading adhesive designed to provide a strong, consistent bond while allowing for accurate installation.
INSTALLATION
Do the graphics come pre-cut?
Yes — all kits are fully pre-cut and ready for application straight out of the box.
Do you include installation instructions?
Not currently — installation guidance will be available soon.
Can I install them myself?
Yes — our kits are designed for straightforward self-installation with proper preparation.
What surface prep is required before applying?
All plastics must be thoroughly cleaned using a strong degreaser (such as brake cleaner). Surfaces must be completely free of dust, residue, and adhesive contaminants before application.
Is a heat gun or hairdryer required?
Yes — heat is essential for achieving a professional finish. Proper heat application ensures optimal bonding and conformity to the plastics.
Do you offer installation?
Yes — professional installation is available at an additional cost.
ORDERING & TURNAROUND
How long does a custom design take?
Custom designs are typically completed within 1 week.
From approval to print and dispatch, the full process usually takes up to 3 weeks, often sooner.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes — rush orders are available for an additional €25 fee.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order requirement is number plates.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes — all designs are saved, allowing for quick and easy reorders.
Do you keep my artwork on file?
Yes — all artwork and designs are securely stored for future use.

Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on location. All orders are shipped via DHL — please refer to their service for estimated delivery times.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes — all shipments include full tracking.
What if my order is damaged during shipping?
Any shipping-related damage must be resolved directly with the courier.
What if something is incorrect with my order?
All designs are approved prior to production, ensuring accuracy based on your confirmed proof.
If an issue is identified, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Where a valid issue is confirmed within this timeframe, we will assess the case and may offer a discounted replacement where appropriate.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
No — all sales are final. Orders are only processed once design approval and payment have been completed.
Teams & Orders
Do you supply graphics for riders, teams, or dealerships?
Yes — we work with individual riders, race teams, and dealerships.
Do you offer team packages?
Yes — custom team packages are available upon request.
Can you produce multiple rider numbers in one order?
Yes — multi-rider orders can be accommodated.
Artwork & Files
What file types do you accept for logos?
We accept PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), and EPS files.
Do my logos need to be in vector format?
Yes — vector files are required for optimal print quality.
Non-vector files can be converted for €5–€10, depending on complexity.
Can you improve low-quality artwork?
Yes — low-quality logos can be enhanced or redrawn for a small fee (typically €5).
What should I send for reference images?
A screenshot or image of a design or bike you like is sufficient for reference.
