Production & Design Policy

Deposit & Design Approval

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any custom design work begins. Production only starts

once the final mock-up or proof has been approved by the customer. Customers are responsible for carefully

reviewing all approved proofs, including names, numbers, colors, sizes, and logos. KG Decals is not

responsible for errors that were visible in the approved design proof.

Production Times

All motocross graphics, decals, and custom products are produced on a made-to-order basis and are not

kept in stock. Custom orders generally require approximately 2–3 weeks production time after final design

approval. Customers will normally receive an initial mock-up or design reference within approximately 1

week after placing the order. Pre-made designs may follow a similar timeline depending on current workload

and production scheduling. Production estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during busy periods,

holidays, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Rush production may be available upon request for

an additional fee.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Methods

KG Decals ships worldwide using DHL services. Orders within Europe are generally shipped using DHL

Parcel. International shipments outside the EU are generally shipped using DHL Express.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by destination. European deliveries typically arrive within 3–7 business days after

dispatch. Worldwide deliveries may take approximately 7–14 business days depending on customs

processing and destination country. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take

24–48 hours to appear in the DHL system.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers outside the European Union are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes,

VAT, handling fees, or additional charges imposed by their local authorities. KG Decals has no control over

customs processing times or fees.

Delivery Responsibility

KG Decals remains responsible for the shipment until the package has been delivered to the customer

according to DHL tracking confirmation. Once DHL marks the package as delivered, responsibility transfers

to the customer. Customers must ensure that their shipping address is accurate and complete. KG Decals is

not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by

the customer.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Custom Products

Because all custom graphics, decals, and personalized products are made specifically to customer

specifications, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Standard Products

For non-custom standard products, customers located within the European Union may exercise their legal

14-day withdrawal right from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and

returned at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the

returned goods or valid proof of return shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by

applicable law.

Complaints & Order Issues

Customers should inspect all products immediately upon delivery. Any defects, damages, missing items, or

incorrect products must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims should include clear photographs and

the order number.

KG Decals is not responsible for:

Installation errors or damage caused during installation.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper maintenance.
Minor colour differences caused by screen calibration or printing variations.
Customer-approved design mistakes.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, KG Decals may choose to repair, replace, or refund the affected

product where legally required.

Marketing & Media Usage

By placing an order with KG Decals, the customer grants KG Decals the right to use photographs, videos,

mock-ups, renderings, and other media of completed products for marketing, advertising, social media,

portfolio, promotional, and commercial purposes.

This may include customer names, race numbers, motorcycles, helmets, jerseys, or other branded content

visible within the final product unless otherwise agreed in writing beforehand.

KG Decals reserves the right to publish and promote completed work across websites, social media

platforms, advertisements, printed materials, and other marketing channels.
